A complete speech and language therapy program is available to best meet the needs of each client.
Have you ever wondered if your children have reached appropriate developmental milstones? Do you feel that something may not be right? Is there something that you can’t seem to put your finger on, but have a “gut feeling” about? Hearing & Speech of WNY can help. We are a private practice, providing high quality, individualized treatment for children. Our experienced clinicians work together as a multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment team to provide comprehensive services for children from birth throughout their educational years. And the good news is we are not just about hearing and speech. In fact, we have a variety of dedicated professionals:
Speech Pathologists help children improve communication skills. Now offering clinical therapy services for Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
Special Education Teachers work with children to improve basic skills related to thinking and learning.
Audiologists help determine if your child has a hearing problem and can also fit your child with hearing aids.
Occupational Therapists help children develop skills related to play, self care, sensory processing and fine motor development.
Physical Therapists help improve a child’s large motor skills. They focus on developmental movement patterns such as crawling, standing, walking, and balancing.
Audiology Program
We are staffed with three Doctors of Audiology who diagnose and treat hearing problems using the latest technologies available. Your audiologist will diagnose the type and degree of hearing loss and provide appropriate recommendations for management. A complete hearing aid dispensing program is also available to determine suitable amplification and fit appropriate hearing aids when indicated. Our goal is to meet each individuals hearing needs, lifestyle and budget.
